Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot to Exact Online

With the DataFlowr agent, Microsoft 365 Copilot works in your Exact Online administration, right from Teams or the Copilot app. Copilot does not take an address but an agent package you upload.

What you need

• A Claire subscription with a connected administration; see Getting started with Claire.
• A Microsoft 365 environment that allows uploading custom apps, or an admin who deploys the package for the organisation.

How to connect Copilot

1. Download the agent package (a zip) on your connection page.
2. Upload it in Copilot or Teams via Apps, Manage your apps, Upload an app.
3. Open the DataFlowr agent and sign in with your DataFlowr account; pick the administration if needed.

What to ask Copilot next

• "Summarise the open items for the Monday meeting."
• "Which projects are running over budget?"
• "How are personnel costs developing this year?"

Multiple administrations

At sign-in you pick which administration the agent works in; that choice stays until you sign in again. You revoke access under Sessions on the connection page; see Team, access and audit log.
