Connect ChatGPT to Exact Online

With the DataFlowr plugin, ChatGPT answers questions with current figures from your Exact Online administration. You install the plugin once and sign in; after that the connection stays.

What you need

• A Claire subscription with a connected administration; see Getting started with Claire.
• A ChatGPT account that lets you install plugins.

How to connect ChatGPT

1. Open the DataFlowr listing in the ChatGPT plugin store.
2. Choose Install plugin.
3. Sign in with your DataFlowr account when ChatGPT asks, and pick the administration if needed.

What to ask ChatGPT next

Start your question with @DataFlowr, so ChatGPT knows the answer should come from your administration.

• "@DataFlowr How is revenue doing this month, by customer?"
• "@DataFlowr Which purchase invoices fall due this week?"
• "@DataFlowr Build an ageing analysis of the receivables."

Multiple administrations and Codex

At sign-in you pick which administration ChatGPT works in; to switch, sign in again. Codex, OpenAI’s developer assistant, does not use the plugin store and connects through the MCP address below. You revoke access under Sessions on the connection page; see Team, access and audit log.
