Connect ChatGPT to Exact Online

With the Claire connector, ChatGPT answers questions with current figures from your Exact Online administration. You create a connector once and sign in; after that the connection stays.

What you need

  • A Claire subscription with a connected administration; see Getting started with Claire.
  • A ChatGPT workspace with custom connectors switched on (developer mode); this may require a paid ChatGPT plan.

How to connect ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors and choose Create.
  2. Paste the MCP address above.
  3. Sign in with your DataFlowr account when ChatGPT asks, and pick the administration if needed.

What to ask ChatGPT next

  • "How is revenue doing this month, by customer?"
  • "Which purchase invoices fall due this week?"
  • "Build an ageing analysis of the receivables."

Multiple administrations and Codex

At sign-in you pick which administration ChatGPT works in; to switch, sign in again. Codex, OpenAI’s developer assistant, uses the same address. You revoke access under Sessions on the connection page; see Team, access and audit log.
